Customer Care Representative
KOMPAN U.S. is building out a Customer Care Team. The Customer Care Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the playground life cycle. Team members will act as a liaison between customers, direct sales representatives, project managers, installers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and long-term client satisfaction.

Who We Are
For more than 50 years, KOMPAN has researched, designed, and built innovative and imaginative commercial playground equipment and outdoor fitness sites that captivate all ages and abilities.
In collaboration with our global headquarters in Denmark, KOMPAN designs, manufactures, and installs more than 1,000 sites a month across 90 different countries. Our North American headquarters, located in Austin, Texas, supports field sales around the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or CRM system regarding products, orders, project timelines, and aftercare.
Issue Resolution : Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure follow-up and resolution.
Documentation & Records : Maintain accurate records of communications, installation dates, service calls, and warranty status in the customer database.
Post-Installation Support: Follow up with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction and provide guidance on maintenance or support needs.
Customer Feedback: Evaluate customer satisfaction using post project surveys. Make recommendations on improvements for future experiences.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, design, and installation teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Customer Relationships: Collaborate with Direct Sales Representatives to build and maintain rapport with customers after project completion.

What You’ll Need
3 or more years of customer service experience
High School Diploma/GED required; advanced education preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize projects and independently manage workload
Understanding of construction is a plus
A supportive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
