Production Technician - Flowback
- Making hourly rounds
- Gathering tubing, production casing, intermediate casing, and surface casing pressures.
- Pulling flowline and HP dump samples.
- Dumping sand knock out pots 1x an hour or as needed while tracking sand in cups.
- Filling out all pertinent information on daily excel sheet reports and emailing to distribution list.
- Performing energy isolation as needed.
- Performing inspections as needed.
- Following scheduled bean up protocols.
- Assessing the need for sand knock out.
- Flowing well to an open top tank if necessary due to low pressure or mud/solids.
- Operating and troubleshooting entire company surface kit.
- Overseeing rig up and rig down process for sand knockouts, ESD’s, flowback iron, open top tanks, accumulators, and
- Basic safety system function testing prior to returning a well to production.
- Inputting work managements as needed.
- Working with other teams as needed.
- Assisting with area operations team in a no FHM time span.
