Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
Daily Dot Art is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our creative design agency. This role focuses on coordinating internal marketing projects, client campaigns, and promotional efforts while collaborating with the creative team.
Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives

Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and collateral production

Manage marketing schedules, deadlines, and internal project tracking

Conduct market research to support business development and client proposals

Support events, trade shows, or promotional activities as needed

Assist with administrative marketing tasks, including reporting and data collection
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in marketing coordination or a related field

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work on-site in San Antonio, TX
Compensation
$22 – $29 per hour , based on experience
