Pre Litigation Paralegal needed for busy plaintiff firm 
 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys by managing case files, conducting research, and assisting with various legal tasks to ensure successful case outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in managing cases in pre-litigation.
• Conduct investigation to gather relevant information for cases.
• Send LOR's, management treatment, prepare demands.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and communicate updates to clients as needed.

Experience

• At least 2 years of prelitigation experience in personal injury law.
• Excellent interviewing skills to effectively gather information from clients and witnesses.
• Proficient in project management techniques to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Neos or similar document management systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
