The Opportunity

This is a rare full-time CRNA opportunity with a stable, high-performing pain management group across five premier North Dallas Suburbs and Mid-Cities locations. With a predictable schedule, outstanding compensation, and a team that genuinely values your quality of life, this role is designed for a provider who wants to love coming to work every day.

Schedule & Locations

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (most days end by 4:00–4:30 PM)
• No Call. No Weekends. No Evenings. No Holiday Coverage.
• Travel between locations is required; however, weekly schedules are typically consistent and predictable

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $280,000
• Health, Dental & Vision Insurance - available to full-time employees

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
• Active Texas state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel between DFW practice locations as needed
