Senior Site Superintendent

As a Senior Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful field execution of large-scale data center projects, including multiple buildings, major phases, or entire campus programs. This position is responsible for driving field operations, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The Senior Superintendent partners closely with the Senior Project Manager and leads a team of superintendents and trade partners to deliver complex projects on time and within scope. Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for one or more data center buildings, major phases, or campus programs, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project execution.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet project milestones.
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work complies with contracted scope and standards.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of jobsite activities and ensure the site remains clean and organized.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress and assist with future planning.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work and address issues.
• Develop and implement recovery plans to address schedule slippage and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Forecast manpower requirements and develop staffing plans for superintendents and field teams.
• Lead shutdown and energization planning, including MOP reviews and utility outage coordination, ensuring zero unplanned outages.
• Coach and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Superintendents, supporting their professional development and building a strong successor pipeline.
• Complete punch list identification and ensure timely resolution of deficiencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by T5 management, consistent with the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of construction experience, including experience with Division 2-10 trades (concrete through finish).
• 3+ years of experience in data center construction or a similar mission-critical environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.
• Experience with Yardi, Procore, and Prolog preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously.
• Proven track record in quality control, safety compliance, and team development.
