Project Coordinator
- Preparation of financial reports for management.
- Completion of project audits including quality and contract compliance audits.
- Assessment of the performance of a project against the project schedule/budget.
- Communicating project status and direction effectively and efficiently utilizing tools and metrics available.
- Establishment and coordination of monthly project reviews between Project Managers and supervisors.
- Communicating with the Project Managers and the Accounting department month end revenue accruals and progress reporting.
- Administration and development (with Legal department oversight) of contracts/agreements.
- Project set-up including generating setup documents, helping develop project schedules, filing procedures, and project work plans.
- Project close-out by ensuring proper filing, project write-ups, etc are completed in accordance with company policy.
- A Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 2+ years of relative experience in in managing contracts, and/or project finances
- An understanding of the engineering and architectural consulting practice preferred
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Deltek Vision is highly preferred
