Client Account Specialist
Sellors & Sellors Agency-Liberty National Division is excited to announce a new opportunity within our dynamic team. We are currently seeking a full-time Client Account Specialist focused on insurance solutions to join our growing organization. This position is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships and delivering customized insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Please note this is an onsite role and is not eligible for remote ideal candidate will bring a passion for client service and a commitment to contributing positively to our team dynamics. At Liberty National Division youll be part of a workplace that values individual contributions to collective success empowering every employee through comprehensive training and professional growth First Year Earnings: $65000 - $85000 (Each Year Compensation Increases)Compensation Based on PerformanceExceptional Retirement Benefits (10 Year Fully Vetted)Weekly Performance BonusesDuties and ResponsibilitiesConduct initial client consultations to understand individual insurance needs and financial and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and personalized insurance recommendations and solutions based on thorough analysis of client and update client records in our internal databases with a high degree of accuracy and with sales and underwriting teams to facilitate seamless client in ongoing professional development to stay current on market trends product offerings and regulatory client inquiries and resolve issues promptly ensuring clear and effective communication throughout all and present detailed reports on client engagement activities and outcomes to in community events and networking activities to promote the companys services and enhance client acquisition clients on policy adjustments and renewals ensuring solutions continue to meet their evolving experience in client services insurance or a similar role is highly interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with a diverse organizational skills and attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in using CRM software and other industry-related IT systems.A valid insurance license or the willingness to obtain one upon hiring (We walk you through it).Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.A strong ethical framework for handling sensitive and confidential to ongoing professional development and continuous to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced business setting.
