About Our Client:

Addison Group is supporting our client, a well‑established outpatient practice, in hiring a Medical Assistant to join their clinical team. This role is onsite and patient‑facing, with a strong emphasis on quality care and smooth clinic operations.

Job Description:

The Medical Assistant will support daily clinical workflow, assist providers, and ensure a positive patient experience. This position involves hands‑on patient interaction, chart preparation, and occasional travel to nearby clinic locations when coverage is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and prepare patient charts, including reviewing lab information
• Guide patients to exam rooms, record vitals, and complete intake assessments
• Assist providers by preparing exam rooms and setting up procedure trays
• Provide backup support at nearby clinics on an as‑needed basis

Qualifications:

• Experience in women’s health - required
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
• Open to candidates without MA certification
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Mon–Thurs 8 AM–5 PM; Fri 8 AM–2 PM
• Assignment Type: 90‑day contract
• Work Setting: Onsite
• System Used: ECW
• Start Date: ASAP
• Training: Hands‑on training with shadowing for 1–2 weeks
