Office Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Ophthalmology Office Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our busy ophthalmology practice. The Ophthalmology Office Manager is responsible for the overall administrative, operational, and financial performance of the ophthalmology practice. This role ensures efficient clinic operations, regulatory compliance, optimal patient experience, effective staff management, and strong revenue cycle performance while supporting providers in delivering high-quality patient care.Responsibilities: Practice Operations & Workflow Management Serve as the primary administrative liaison for physicians and leadership Coordinate provider schedules, clinic templates, and operational needs Communicate operational updates, staffing issues, and performance metrics Support onboarding of new providers and expansion of services Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, patient flow, check-in/check-out, and clinic efficiency Ensure smooth coordination between front desk, clinical staff, billing, and providers Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Management is preferred Experience: 1-3+ years of healthcare management experience, specifically in ophthalmology or optometry Monitor patient volume, wait times, and throughput; implement process improvements Maintain office policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Expectation: Clinic operations run smoothly with minimal disruption, efficient patient flow, and consistent standard
