As a Remote Client Service Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options. We'll provide the training, mentorship, and support—you bring the ambition.

What You'll Do

Client Service & Relationship Building

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Review existing policies and explain available solutions

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates

• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service

• Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications

Professional Growth
