Office Clerk

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks that support the smooth running of our office operations. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing documents, ensuring that all information is properly filed and readily accessible. Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Managing and organizing files and documents both electronically and physically.
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Competitive hourly wage: $19 - $23 per hour.
