What your day looks like

Sunrise to shift start, you’ll step onto the warehouse floor ready to move product that keeps America’s cars and trucks on the road. From 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Wednesday through Friday, you’ll load and unload inbound and outbound freight, stage and stock tires, undercar parts, and lubricants, and use scanners to keep inventory accurate. You’ll navigate industrial equipment—forklifts and order pickers—to place product in racks that reach up to 25 feet, always tied into safety harnesses and SRLs when required. It’s active, team-driven work where you’ll lift up to 50 lbs frequently (and up to 80 lbs occasionally), team-lift commercial tires, and push up to 40 lbs when moving barrels or industrial/ag tires.

Even though you work three 12-hour shifts (36 hours), you’ll be paid for 40 hours. There’s a Saturday rotation for overtime, and mandatory overtime runs September through the end of December. Schedules can shift with business demand, and when the warehouse is humming, you’ll jump in to help e-comm, inventory, or will-call as needed.

What you’ll do

• Load/unload, stock, and move tires, auto parts, and lubricants using forklifts/pickers in a fast-paced DC
• Operate RF scanners to put away and pick accurately; support inventory control activities
• Work comfortably at heights up to 25 feet with appropriate fall protection
• Lift 50 lbs frequently; lift up to 80 lbs occasionally; perform team lifts for commercial tires
• Exert up to 40 lbs push force when handling barrels or large industrial/ag tires
• Stay on your feet and on the move for extended periods; assist adjacent departments as needed
• Champion a strong safety culture and follow all procedures and transportation regulations

Schedule

• Wed–Fri, 5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (3 x 12-hour shifts)
• Paid for 40 hours while working 36 hours
• Saturday overtime rotation
• Mandatory overtime September–December
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs

What you’ll bring

• Age 18+ to operate equipment
• 1+ year in warehousing/logistics or closely related experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Consistent ability to lift 50 lbs; occasional 80 lbs lifts; push up to 40 lbs with specific products
• Comfort working at 25-foot rack heights while operating equipment
• Team mindset; follow directions and standard operating procedures
• Commitment to company safety policies and applicable state/federal transportation regulations and manufacturer guidelines
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Safety, PPE, and environment

• Required PPE: steel or composite toe boots (you provide), safety vest, harness, seatbelt, and SRL when applicable; company provides all PPE except boots
• Adhere to all safety and manufacturer guidelines for compliant equipment use
• Environment may include prevailing weather at dock/doors; moderate noise; and fumes related to tires and occasional car parts/lubricants
