About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for teams across the company. This role is designed for a recent MBA graduate with 2–3 years of prior work experience who is eager to build a career in analytics within a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  

• Build dashboards, define key performance metrics, and conduct ad hoc analyses to provide clarity and guide decision-making.
  

• Create compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  

• Support strategic and operational decisions through data analysis across product usage, customer behavior, and business performance.
  

• Contribute to the development of scalable reporting tools and processes to streamline analytics across Zetta.
  

Requirements

• MBA graduate with minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in analytics, consulting, finance, or related fields.
  

• Solid foundation in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
  

• Exposure to business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent).
  

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings into actionable insights.
  

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset — thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  

• Bonus: experience with Python or R, and knowledge of basic statistical techniques.
