We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Midland, Texas. The role involves interacting with customers, managing service operations, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Dispatch technicians to service calls and coordinate schedules effectively.
• Create and maintain accurate service tickets for all customer interactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision, including updating customer records and service details.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Assist in managing vendor invoices and related documentation.
• Support the service desk by troubleshooting and resolving basic customer concerns.• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
• Proficiency in data entry and 10-key typing skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email correspondence tools.
• Familiarity with creating and managing service desk tickets.
• Ability to process vendor and customer invoices accurately.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to embrace change and think creatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
