The Six Month Smiles® Guided Orthodontic System provides General Dentists with practical and turnkey solutions for adults with crooked teeth. Utilizing clear aligners, clear brackets, tooth colored wires, or a mix of both, we provide treatment options that allow GPs to easily help their adult patients who choose not to invest 2 years into traditional orthodontic treatment.

For Dentists convenience, Six Month Smiles provides online and in-person training options. Through 6MS Academy, dentists are able to obtain the knowledge and confidence needed to improve their patients' lives while simultaneously growing their practices. The ongoing support from Six Month Smiles, Inc. gives GPs peace of mind as they help their patients smile with confidence.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent

Preferred Qualification - Great to have but not required

• One year of experience in orthodontic industry.
• Experience using aligner manufacturing equipment such as Resin based 3D printers, thermoforming, CNC mill.
• Knowledge of using polishing wheel, cutting disc to trim and finish off aligners manually (by hand).

Responsibilities

• Operate our factory of advanced digital equipment to fabricate high quality clear orthodontic aligners and retainers.
• Understand and maintain operations to meet the requirements in our Quality Management System and Quality Policy.
• Conduct regular daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on the factory’s digital and industrial equipment, such as 3D printers, lasers, and vibratory polishers.
• Perform work in a safe manner and adhere to safety programs, processes, and procedures.
• Work with customer support, digital planning, and our software team to ensure we ship high quality product on-time by troubleshooting production problems as they arise.
• Use equipment such as rotary hand pieces, lathes, calipers, gauges and small tools.
• Automate processes to streamline production efficiencies.
• 3D software and graphics experience is a plus!
