As a Bilingual Claims Service Specialist, you will collect facts about the accident, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties.     • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
    • Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
    • Solid computer multitasking skills
    • Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
    • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
    • Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career paths
