As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the overall execution of construction and development projects. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction and development projects

- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met

- Communicate project updates and changes to stakeholders and team members

- Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are kept within approved limits

- Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project

- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

- Keep accurate records of project details, including contracts, change orders, and other relevant documents

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and methodologies

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Proficient in project management software and tools

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
