Compensation: $18/hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (summer), likely revert to 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM in the fall

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations in a busy yard environment. This role involves cleaning, reconditioning, and organizing construction formwork and equipment to meet rental-ready standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are interested in growing within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Recondition, clean, and organize formwork to rental-ready standards
• Operate and assist with equipment used in construction projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, bridges, tunnels, power plants, and mines)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized yard environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in a yard facility
• Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Interest in learning the trade with potential for growth
• Previous warehouse, yard, or construction labor experience is a plus
• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions year-round
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Steel-toed boots with metatarsal guards required
• Basic understanding of English
