We are looking for a compassionate and experienced helpers to support a senior mother with dementia and limited mobility . She primarily uses a wheelchair and requires hands-on assistance with daily care, along with patience and understanding in managing dementia-related behaviors such as agitation and sundowning .

Care Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, mobility support)
• Provide safe transfers and wheelchair assistance
• Support with meal preparation and feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping and dishwashing
• Assist with light exercises and mobility routines
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Manage dementia-related behaviors , including agitation and sundowning

• 5 days per week
• 5 hours per day
• Consistent weekly schedule

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in dementia care (including behavior management)
• Patient, calm, and compassionate demeanor
• Comfortable assisting with limited mobility and wheelchair use
• Reliable and consistent with schedule

This role is ideal for a helper who is experienced in dementia care and can provide structured, calm, and attentive support , ensuring the client's safety, dignity, and comfort at home.
