You’ll be at the heart of shaping our team’s success, designing programs that engage, inspire, and elevate employees at every stage of their journey from onboarding to mastery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with department leaders.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing employee training that support job performance and professional growth.
- Facilitate training sessions for internal systems such as Vantaca, Dialpad, BuildingLink, and RealPage.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
- Ensure content is relevant, updated regularly, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Track participation, gather feedback, and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Work with operations and HR teams to support career development and close skill gaps.
- Stay informed on training best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, employee development, or a related area.
- Experience in property management or HOA management is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident public speaker with solid presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Ability to design structured training programs with measurable outcomes.
