Commercial Outside Sales Rep
This is a commission-based position with unlimited upside.
Our sales team is looking for a person to help us expand our commercial market share. This is not an office position. It's not a marketing position. We don't need someone to sell specific projects.
We need someone to land and retain new accounts. We are a team, not a family. Our team’s primary desired outcome is winning – for our customers, for our employees, for our company, and for our community (in that order). If you're not a winner, don't apply.
At BTAC, we are tenacious (some might say stubborn) in our daily quest to provide a world-class experience for our customers.
As an outside commercial sales rep, your work will be crucial in helping BTAC to win. You will be counted on to:
- Increase number of commercial accounts
- Increase commercial revenue
- Convince businesses to buy from us
Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly base salary plus monthly commission
- Residual commissions for retained accounts
- PTO – 7.5 days in your first year up to 15 days in your fourth year and beyond
- 8 paid company holidays

- Company vehicle, computer, and phone
Other requirements:
- Lots of local travel (no overnights)
- Lost of walking, standing, and talking with current and potential clients
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Strong communication skills
