Location: Longview, TX
Pay: $18/hr
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Join a dynamic property management team as an Experienced Leasing Consultant! In this role, you will be the face of the community, helping prospective residents find their perfect home while delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing inquiries
- Process applications and prepare lease agreements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Build strong relationships with residents and provide outstanding service
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to drive occupancy
Qualifications
- Previous leasing experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (property management software experience a plus)
