We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and strengthening the reputation of SkillBridge Academy as a trusted and client-focused organization.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Manage and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Support administrative tasks and documentation related to client accounts.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the customer support team.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer support, client service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
