Office Coordinator
Meador an Openwork Company is seeking a dependable and organized Office Coordinator to join a growing team in East Houston. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, administrative work, and multitasking in a fast-paced office environment. The Office Coordinator will support both the Sales and Operations teams while helping provide an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails and direct customers to the appropriate staff
- Greet customers, visitors, and vendors professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, emails, and correspondence
- Monitor and order office and breakroom supplies
- Create documents, update databases, and prepare memos and emails
- Prepare and process invoices and estimates
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable , including basic bookkeeping
- Collect, file, and organize office documents and confidential records
- Submit work orders and coordinate office repairs
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, and conferences
- Provide logistical and administrative support to Sales and Operations
- Assist management with additional office duties as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous office, administrative, customer service, or coordinator experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers, email, and office software
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday
