What You'll Do:
As a Project Engineer you will directly impact our innovation of Specialty Chemical Industry by driving technical ownership and execution of our engineering projects from design to commissioning and handover/completion.
What We're Looking For:
- Technical Project Planning expertise to own, lead, and execute projects from requirements and scope alignment to defining project tasks, milestones, and deliverables to commissioning/ handover and completion.
- Process Safety expertise to drive safety priorities and compliance with our internal and relevant industry standards, regulations and safety protocols.
- Main technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Identify and own opportunities from process improvement.
- Cross functional communication and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure resource availability as needed.
- Self-starter able to work with limited information in a complex project landscape with minimum guidance.
Skills That Make a Difference:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or similar
- 5+ years of Project Engineering experience in Chemical or Petrochemical industry for project design, execution, to commissioning/delivery
- Experience working within cross functional project teams on multiple projects with responsibility for entire project lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, public speaking and presentations
- Experience with MS Office, SAP preferred.
- Proficiency with CAD and document management software (Preferred: Autodesk, Revit, BIM) is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks
