Sales Manager
Summary
As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the sales team in executing marketing initiatives and providing strategic support to the management team. You will be expected to identify consumer trends and develop solutions, implement marketing programs aimed at increasing consumer exposure, and maintain accurate records of all potential customer leads. Additionally, you will monitor and communicate market and industry trends, incorporating consumer feedback to adjust campaigns in collaboration with your team. The overarching goal of the Sales Manager is to position the client’s brands as industry leaders by driving revenue growth, enhancing brand awareness, and increasing market share.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the effective execution of daily tasks related to product and service promotions for assigned clientele.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize territory management, develop game plans, and launch comprehensive marketing plans.
- Conduct ongoing market evaluations through direct consumer contact, follow-ups, and monitoring of competitive and industry trends.
- Engage with consumers daily to assess current demand for client products and services, adjusting campaigns to ensure a coherent message that resonates with the target market.
- Ensure a seamless sales process through the implementation of effective marketing and promotional strategies and collateral.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company rules and regulations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
Requirements
