Your New Role

This role is based in Carrollton, TX , and will be responsible for the following:

• Handle 3-5 residential HVAC service calls per day – repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Support and mentor junior techs. Be a leader in the field

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with precision and efficiency

• Operate hand and power tools to complete installations and repairs

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

• Represent the Sirius brand with professionalism and customer focus

• 6-10 years of HVAC experience in residential service, maintenance, and installation

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

• Must live within 5-10 miles of the office in Carrollton, TX 75007

• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills

• Ability to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

• Must pass background check & drug test
