Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician
Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician for our data center in Downtown Dallas ! The NOC technician is responsible for carrying out monitoring operations, and servicing and maintaining servers, network, and telecommunication equipment in a centralized data location. Requirements
- Moderate IT helpdesk, server, and networking knowledge.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Customer relations knowledge.
- Security knowledge.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook or similar programs.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Weekends required; on-call on a rotating basis.

- Client relations
- IT support
- Operational support
- Onsite and offsite equipment monitoring
- Facility testing
- On call for emergencies
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Data manager.

Work Days: Monday – Sunday
Work Hours: M-F 11:00 am - 7:00 pm; Sat and Sun 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm; shifts will vary as needed.
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
