Position Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Job Location: Office
Position Summary
Effectively manage all administrative duties for Division Marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide support to the Division VP of Sales and Marketing and others as directed by assisting with correspondence, mailings, expense reports, office meetings and outings, updating meeting notes and project schedules, prepare presentation materials and other tasks as directed.
- Manage ongoing communications (mail, e-mail, telephone, etc.)
- Prepare various reports and spreadsheets and update meeting notes as necessary.
- Compose and prepare simple correspondence.
- Maintain department files.
- Complete purchase orders for marketing related items.
- Interface with accounts payable and distribute invoices for approval and coding as needed.
- Research marketing invoices and payment questions
- Prepare contracts and contract addendums
- Assist in preparation of budgets and research information to update budgets.
- Coordinate re-ordering and keep inventory of promotional items.
- Inspect models for model maintenance, signage and flags.
- Model maintenance coordination with Sales Team
- Collateral management and ordering for all Neighborhoods.
- Order company branded merchandise.
- Brochure/invitation development
- Email blasts
- Creative direction of collateral materials
- Event Management including food/beverage, entertainment, and guest check-in
- Assist with Realtor relations.
- Weekend Directional signage management for all neighborhoods
- Review and facilitate featured residence weekly e-blasts for all neighborhoods.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including price sheet, flyers, etc.
- Maintain brand standards online and onsite.
- Review and manage neighborhood website pages for accuracy.
- Sales office Collateral management
- Neighborhood and model signage install and maintenance.
- Assist with coordination of sales and marketing reports.
- Coordinates with corporate marketing department and all other marketing consultants/vendors.
- Coordinates model photography, community and model videos.
- Coordinates the closeout of the model complex and sales offices at all completed communities.
Managerial Responsibility
This position does not supervise other employees Position Qualifications- Highschool diploma or equivalent required; College Degree Preferred
- 1-3 years of professional work experience
- Real estate developer or similar professional experience preferred but not required.
- Experience assisting a senior level executive.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of personality types.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess superior secretarial skills, organizational skills and follow-through capabilities.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on divisional and individual performance.

Physical RequirementsRequires the ability to bend, climb, lift 1-20 pounds, reach, see, stand, sit, hear, type and talk. This job is located in a standard office environment however periodic exposure to a construction jobsite may be required. Noise levels are typically low to moderate.
