Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $10 - $10 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Production Clerk :

• This position involves a range of responsibilities within a warehouse and general labor environment
• This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth and effective operation
• The Production Lead oversees the company's production activities and monitors employees within the production department
• The main responsibility of a production lead is to ensure all products are packed safely and efficiently and maintain a sanitary environment that meets all food safety regulations
• The production lead ensures that materials and supplies are in a positive flow and that machines are functional, and the production facilities adhere to safety standards
• It is essential to follow and comply with all company policies and procedures

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) & Weekends

Job requirements:

• Communication: Possess the ability to comprehend and follow instructions. Effective communication skills in listening, speaking, and proficiency in mathematics, English, reading, and writing are essential
• Member Service: Exhibit a professional demeanor, assist others effectively, and abide by all company policies and procedures. Identify, solve, and make sound decisions when encountering problems. Adhere to attire and grooming policies, including personal hygiene

• The job is physically demanding, involving activities like standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the shift

• Attention to detail is crucial, especially when adhering to specific box stacking patterns
• Engage in manual stacking, dumping, pushing, and twisting
• Be capable of stretch-wrapping pallets
• Maintain good vision, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
