Account Manager

• Manage an assigned book of business and support routine to moderately complex client accounts.

• Build trust with clients, keep retention goals in focus, and look for ways to add value through more coverage or services.

• Own day-to-day account work, keep renewals moving, and help secure existing business.
• Coordinate support work and help guide admin or customer service tasks.

• Help make sure clients get the right support at the right time.

Required :

• Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience

OR

• High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
• License required.
• Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Preferred :

• Experience in account management, client service, insurance, or another relationship-led role.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and keep follow up organized.
• Comfortable speaking with senior st akeholders and day to day client contacts.
• Ability to explain coverage, service, and next st eps in simple, clear words.
