What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.
• Run company-generated leads from our service technicians and marketing team.
• Generate your own business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct in-home comfort consultations and present customized HVAC solutions.
• Prepare accurate proposals and confidently close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation.
• Maintain customer information and sales activity using CRM software.
• Stay current on products, financing options, and industry trends.
• Work evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer availability.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in commission-based sales; home services or in-home sales experience is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to build your own pipeline in addition to working company-provided leads.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
