SENIOR MANAGER – FINANCE, OPERATIONS & DATA ANALYTICS
Professional Alternatives, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in Accounting and Finance, has partnered with a multi-billion-dollar international company based in Dallas to identify a Senior Manager of Finance, Operations & Data Analytics .
This is not a traditional FP&A or reporting role . We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in finance and operations who has expanded into data and analytics and wants the opportunity to help build something. You’ll join an organization undergoing significant transformation, work across multiple functions, and have a strong track toward Director.
The Role

• Bridge business priorities and practical execution by ingesting, modeling and translating operational and financial data into actionable insights that improve performance.
• Identify and deliver high-impact opportunities across Operations and Finance.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to connect data and systems and turn successful approaches into scalable, enterprise-supported solutions.
• Develop and improve reporting, analytics and decision-support tools aligned with business workflows and management needs.
• Use data, analytics and modeling to improve decision-making, productivity and financial performance.
• Work across Finance, Operations and Technology rather than within a traditional functional silo.

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Analytics or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience with exposure across Finance, Operations and/or Data & Analytics.
• Experience developing or supporting end-to-end data solutions , from data acquisition and modeling through reporting and business insight.
• Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake strongly preferred .
• Strong understanding of operational and financial drivers, including cost, productivity and performance.
• Ability to translate complex data into information that business leaders can understand and act upon.
• Shared Service experience a big plus
• We are particularly interested in the hybrid professional who has moved across data, operations and finance rather than someone whose career has been focused within one narrow function.
