Front of House Team Member

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile

Job Responsibilities:
- We are looking for cashiers to join our team to work for between the hours of 11:00am-9:00pm each day. This will range from 4-7 hours a day, 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
- Serve guests with honor, dignity, and respect
- Ensure exceptional Chick-fil-A hospitality
- Answer guest questions with professionalism
- Operate cash register and handle transactions
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Support the team by learning different positions in the restaurant
- Meet physical demands of the position
Cashier Job Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement is 17 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively resolve complaints

- Ensures that guests are being cared for by executing Chick-fil-A hospitality requirements. Winning Hearts Every Day & Second Mile Service strategy are how we accomplish this.
- Answering guest questions and needs with the highest level of Chick-fil-A Professionalism.
- Assembles and prepares food orders on our front counter and in our kitchen. As well as delivering them to guests in our dining room, drive-thru and outside to vehicles.
- Operating a cash register system and all that entails (cash, credit card, coupon payment).
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Specifically, our unique and industry leading food safety regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by learning the positions in the restaurant. This means you may be asked to support the team by working in the kitchen, OR in the front of the house.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds. Also, being outside anywhere from 1-4 hours at a time depending on the heat & cold index.
