Accounts Payable Supervisor

Greenline Apartment Management is a growing, owner-operated multifamily real estate company headquartered in Houston, TX. We are currently seeking a highly organized and driven  Accounts Payable Supervisor to work in-person at our corporate office. This individual will play a hands-on role in processing high-volume AP, overseeing offshore support staff, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Review and enter 100+ invoices per day, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely posting in accordance with internal policies.

• Bank Payments & Reconciliation: Process payments via ACH, checks, and wires to U.S. banks. Reconcile vendor payments and bank accounts regularly.

• Team Supervision: Oversee and lead an offshore accounts payable support team, providing guidance, training, and quality control.

• Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records, ensure proper documentation (W-9s, insurance, etc.), and manage vendor communications.

• Expense & Variance Reconciliation: Resolve discrepancies in invoice and payment records, follow up on unpaid invoices, and support month-end close.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with property managers and the accounting team to support property operations and budgets.

• Office Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PDF handling (e.g., filling, editing, and organizing documents). Strong spreadsheets and document formatting skills are essential.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience, ideally in  multifamily property management .

• Leadership: Prior experience of managing or leading an offshore team is  required .

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, experience using ResMan is a plus.

• Banking Knowledge: Experience with payments to U.S. banks and performing bank reconciliations.

• Work Ethic: Strong “can-do” attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Availability: Must be able to work  on-site, full-time   Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM  at our corporate office in Houston, TX.
