- Respond to scheduled service, preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating and cooling systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair package units, split systems, and water source heat pumps.
- Repair and overall equipment, such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices.
- Perform full service and preventative maintenance on walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and ice machines.
- Repair, replace, or calibrate communication devices such as thermostats and switches.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- 2-5 years of experience with tonnage systems, chillers, boilers, VFD, DX and Hydronics or ability to learn.
- CRM scheduling software use; preferred ServiceTitan
- EPA Universal Certification
- TDLR credential
- TWIC credential a plus but not required
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check.
