Plumber
Pay
$70,000-$100,000 annually.
The compensation package stated above is structured to include both base pay and commission , with the final compensation depending on the candidate's experience and performance.

Responsibilities:
Leads a crew involved in plumbing work
Coordinates the work of related crafts
Assign work to crew or project members
Issues material lists for each job assigned
Checks and completes work records
Estimates materials for labor costs
Orders materials and supplies
Reports on jobs and projects in progress
Installs, maintains, and repairs gas, waste, and sewer pipes for various systems such as gas and heating
Sets fixtures and installs pumps, valves, controls, and pump drains
Tests water heating systems
Inspects systems for repair needs
Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record
Able to pass a drug test and a background check
Plumber's License
Ability to read and understand piping and blueprint layouts
Can communicate effectively orally and in writing
Demonstrates Ethical Behavior
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
