- PFMEA Basic training
- Review EtQ PFMEA specific training and upload PFMEA information into the system
- Create fast and efficient method for inputting turnback data into a system that can track and trend identified turnbacks
- Create a Dashboard for the Quality Clinic to link Turnback data, NCMRs, Customer Complaints, Engineering Projects and EtQ Clinic patients
- Create a method to digitally analyze and collect defect data from work orders and travelers
- Establish a dashboard to evaluate and trend the defect data that connects to the QCPC database
