Snelling Staffing Services San Antonio is hiring an Industrial Hose Technician (Repair & Fabrication) for a client in the industrial supply sector. This on-site position is focused on physical warehouse operations, ideal for candidates who are comfortable working with heavy industrial products and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• • $16.00-$20.00/hr (based on experience)
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision +
  • Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Pay Card

INDUSTRIAL HOSE TECHNICIAN (REPAIR & FABRICATION) DUTIES:

• Handle inventory management, including picking, packing, and shipping industrial products (hoses, gaskets, piping)
• Support sales efforts by preparing orders, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely fulfillment, as needed
• Assist with resolving customer inquiries and providing product support, as needed
• Collaborate with the production team to track and complete orders
• Safely lift and organize heavy equipment or products as part of daily operations

INDUSTRIAL HOSE TECHNICIAN (REPAIR & FABRICATION) REQUIREMENTS:

• Education:

• • • High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience & Skills:

• • • Knowledge of industrial products (hoses, gaskets, piping) is a plus
    • Prior warehouse experience preferred
    • Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and SolidWorks (a plus)
    • Attention to detail and time management skills
    • Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

• • • Must be able to lift, carry, and handle heavy products or equipment throughout the workday

• Other Requirements:

• • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
