Overview
We are seeking an experienced Attorney to handle real estate and insurance-related matters in a hybrid work environment.
This role offers flexibility in workload and career progression, allowing attorneys to align their caseload and pace with their professional goals while maintaining strong compensation and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution, including appeals
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
Negotiate settlements and advise clients on case strategy
Handle disputes related to real estate, insurance, and title matters
Qualifications
4+ years of litigation experience, including hearings and trial work
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Active Texas Bar license
Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Experience in insurance defense, coverage disputes, or title-related litigation preferred
