The Ethics and Internal Analytics Manager is responsible for leading a team of Internal Analysts to identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. This role typically involves working closely with stakeholders across different departments or business units to understand their data needs and provide insights that help inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversees day-to-day Internal data analytics activities to ensure that objectives and deadlines are met including managing workflow.
- Manages and develops a team of Internal Data Analysts; approves timesheets and time-off requests; and provides input to personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Independently assesses risks and drives actions to address root causes that persistently lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices.
- Serves as a senior resource to team members, mentoring and motivating performance; assisting with questions, obstacles and issue resolution; and performing quality reviews on completed reports.
- Direct focus on leadership, data governance and processes necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor risks, fraud, and data exposure.
Competencies Required: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
- Exceptional technical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MapPoint) including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
- Developed critical thinking skills, decision making and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with superior attention to detail and high concern for data accuracy, combined with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and to instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications/Experience: - 5+ years progressive report writing or data analytics experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with well-rounded exposure to branch operations and risk management required.
- 2+ years' experience in a lead role, supervisory or management position preferred.
Formal Education & Certification: - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Status: - Full-Time.
Supervisory Responsibility: - 2 or more direct reports.
Travel: - Up to 10% travel expected.
Working Conditions: - Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, ledgers, folders, etc.
