What You'll Do:

• Oversee all maintenance and facility operations, including preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and vendor management
• Ensure compliance with all safety codes, state regulations, and company policies
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff, providing training and performance oversight
• Maintain and monitor all building systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, emergency systems, and grounds
• Respond to after-hours emergencies, and contribute to long-term facility improvement and renovation planning

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma/GED
• At least 1 year prior experience in a similar maintenance position
• Physical ability to perform manual work
• 18 years of age or older
