We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Regional QHSE Manager that will be responsible for ensuring that our precast manufacturing plants operate in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner. This includes managing all aspects of quality control, as well as implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures. The QHSE Manager will work closely with the Director of Engineering and other leadership roles to ensure that our operations meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Managing the QHSE team, including setting performance goals providing coaching and guidance and evaluating team members' performance.
- Oversee the quality control process and performance at our precast manufacturing plants.
- Develop and maintain safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace .
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and assess compliance with safety protocols .
- Monitor and report on QHSE performance, including tracking and analyzing metrics such as incident rates and quality defects to maintain plant certifications.
- Work with the Director of Engineering and other leadership to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in the QHSE process.
- Stay up to date on industry developments and emerging regulations and ensure that our operations remain compliant.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the organization as a whole and play a key role in influencing the company's overall QHSE strategy and culture.
- Collaborate with Leadership to set QHSE goals and objectives and develop and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Act as a QHSE subject matter expert and resource for the organization, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Analyze QHSE data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any identified issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all QHSE activities, including records of inspections, audits, training, and corrective actions. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are consistently met.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QHSE management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and other relevant guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a diverse audience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
- ACI and/or PQS Certifications plus
