New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager-Bullard, TX
Position Overview: Lead cross-functional new product launches from concept through commercialization, ensuring manufacturing readiness, process standardization, and successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end NPI projects, plant trials, scale-up, validation, and launch.
- Coordinate R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stage-gate milestones.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and standardized processes.
- Support manufacturing readiness and equipment/capital requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and post-launch optimization.
- 5+ years of experience in product/project management or product commercialization.
- Experience preferably in food manufacturing or CPG.
- Strong cross-functional project leadership.
- SOP development.
- Process improvement.
- Project planning.
- Bachelor's degree.
Salary: USD $91,000–$120,000. Benefits: Bonus, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, career development. Travel: 10–15%. Relocation: Limited assistance. Visa sponsorship: No.
