Warehouse Worker/Parts Runner/Fabrication Support

About the Job:

Logicool Air Solutions, a rapidly growing, top-rated HVAC company serving Corpus Christi and surrounding areas, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker / Parts Runner / Fabrication Support Team Member for long-term employment.

We are a small, dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and customer service while using technology, training, and strong systems to stay organized and efficient. This position is more than a basic warehouse role. The right candidate will support our Service and Installation departments, help keep operations running smoothly, and grow into additional skilled responsibilities over time.

This role includes warehouse organization, parts and equipment runs, shop support, and assisting with fabrication and specialty services. The candidate must be willing to learn, travel when needed, and become certified in key areas of the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Support our Service and Installation teams by handling parts delivery, equipment pickup, warehouse organization, and shop support.
• Receive, organize, stage, and prepare materials, equipment, and job components for upcoming installs and service calls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and work area.
• Assist with inventory control, materials tracking, and keeping commonly used parts stocked and accessible.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, vendors, and customers when needed.
• Perform assigned tasks independently, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
• Assist with ductwork preparation, handling, and fabrication support in the shop and in the field as needed.
• Learn and follow company procedures, safety expectations, and quality standards.
• Travel locally and, at times, out of town for select jobs, training, vendor support, and certification opportunities.
• Support special projects and peak-season operational needs as assigned.

Growth and Training Expectations:

This is a growth-oriented role. The person hired for this position will be expected to develop additional technical skills over time, including:

• Becoming a Certified Applicator for our anti-corrosion coating product.
• Becoming a Certified Duct Fabricator to support our ductwork production and installation needs.
• Participating in company-provided and field-based training to expand value to the team.
• Being available to travel when needed for certification training, specialty job support, and other approved business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, proactive attitude with strong initiative.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift heavy objects and work in hot indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and good common sense.
• Dependable, coachable, and willing to learn new skills.
• Comfortable working both in a warehouse/shop setting and in the field when needed.
• Basic HVAC, construction, sheet metal, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with trailers, towing, tools, fabrication, or shop work is a plus.
• Clean background and drug-free.
• Commitment to high standards, teamwork, and doing things the right way.
