Job description

Sorrento s Coffee Drive-Thru is looking for baristas who are outgoing, friendly, energetic, like a fast- paced environment, are team players, and can multitask. Prior customer service experience and fast paced coffee shop experience required. Sorrento's is a drive-thru /walk-up window only with no indoor seating.

Hiring part-time and full time.

Pay: $24-28 per hour ($8.00 an hour plus tips). Baristas participate in tip share.

Must be able to do a variety of AM, PM, and weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday required). We are open M-F 6:00AM - 5:30PM and weekends 7:00AM - 5:00PM.

Customer service experience and fast paced coffee shop experience is a must. Weekends required. Come join our fun team!

• Naturally friendly and outgoing

• Make specialty coffee, tea, and drinks

• Provide friendly, personal, excellent customer service
  
• Maintain cleanliness of store
  
• Prep and stock products
  
• Ability to hear and remember customers' orders, stand for 7 hours, and lift 20 pounds
  
• Attend staff meetings
  
• Responsive and respectful of peers and management
  

Experience

• 1+ years of fast paced food and beverage service
  

• 1+ years of fast paced barista experience
  

• Working knowledge of specialty coffee & tea
