Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Packaging Operator to support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves packaging, labeling, palletizing, and operating Form, Fill, Seal (FFS) equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble packaging materials including boxes, lids, labels, and related materials
- Operate packaging and transfer equipment following visual operating procedures
- Stack, palletize, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Perform repackaging and general production support tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Support general labor duties to assist production flow
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor warehouse conditions and varying weather
- Strong punctuality and reliability required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Must be willing to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
- Must follow all OSHA and site safety rules and procedures
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and safe work practices
- Fast-paced production and warehouse setting
- May include exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions
- Team-based environment with production goals and deadlines
Location: Baytown, TX
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Training: Employee will train at an alternate facility prior to potential transfer into a new warehouse location
