AI/ML Data Conversion Specialist:

Seeking an experienced AI/ML Data Conversion Specialist to support a large-scale pension system modernization initiative. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing complex data conversion and migration activities involving legacy pension systems, high-volume data sets, ETL processes, reconciliation, and validation activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, BIML scripting, T-SQL development, data migration, and conversion automation within highly governed enterprise environments. This role requires close collaboration with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful migration, validation, and production deployment of critical business data.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute source-to-target data conversion strategies.
Develop and maintain ETL processes for large-scale data migration initiatives.
Create and manage SSIS packages and BIML scripts for automated data processing.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
Optimize ETL workflows, indexing strategies, and database performance.
Create C# and .NET utilities to automate data conversion processes.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.
Analyze and resolve data discrepancies during migration activities.
Support mock conversions, UAT testing, and production cutover events.
Collaborate with technical architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with data governance and migration standards.
Develop conversion documentation, reconciliation reports, and migration artifacts.
Support post-conversion validation and issue resolution activities.
