Bilingual Scheduling Legal Assistant
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM The Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Saving correspondences to their appropriate places/folders
- Schedule mediation appointments
- Make calls to the court for hearings
- Give clients updates on cases
- Calendaring items/dates
- Be able to multitask
- Be a team player
- Must be punctual
- Have a positive attitude
- Must have great customer service skills and attitude
- Bilingual - speaking both Spanish and English fluently
- Be attentive to detail
- Must be organized
- Must be able to prioritize tasks/deadlines
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be reliable and have regular attendance
- Familiar with Gmail, Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Must be able to work 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday
